About the role:

As a part of our admin team, you'll play a key role in keeping back office operations running smoothly behind the scenes. Were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresher who?s eager to learn and

grow. In this role, you?ll take on day-to-day administrative tasks, manage documents, coordinate with teams and support internal operations to help everything flow seamlessly.


Responsibilities:

1. Administrative support - Data Management & Documentation

  • Assist in maintaining and updating company databases and records.
  • Help organize and file digital and physical documents.
  • Prepare basic documentation such as invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes in the Tally ERP system.
  • Provide support to admin teams in day-to-day office functions like filing and MIS reports.
  • Assist in monitoring inventory and organizing files and records.
  • Assist in scheduling and general office support such as bookings, orders and other logistical work.
  • Assist in preparing for audits and compliance documentation.

2. Communication & Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams and support follow-up activities.
  • Assist in handling routine email communications with the team, clients and vendors.
  • Support logistics and service teams with documentation tasks.

3. Accounts/Finance Support

  • Assist in preparing basic accounting entries and invoice tracking in Tally ERP system.
  • Support coordination with the finance team for record updates in Tally ERP system.

Who you are:

  • Graduate or final-year student in Commerce / Business Administration
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Proficient in Tally and familiar with basic workflows
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers
  • You take ownership of your work and are eager to learn and grow
  • A clear communicator who can coordinate effectively with internal teams and vendors
