The AI Engineer associate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, data-driven AI solutions to meet and exceed client expectations. Standard work includes:
- Developing and implementing GenAI solutions and algorithms.
? Analyzing large datasets to extract insights and improve model performance.
? Collaborating with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality AI solutions.
? Conducting research to identify new AI technologies and methodologies.
? Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Python and FastAPI.
? Integrate Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry into production-ready systems.
? Implement agentic AI and multi-agent frameworks for complex orchestration tasks.
? Leverage LangChain or similar LLM frameworks for conversational and reasoning-based AI workflows.
? Develop and manage Azure Functions for scalable AI application components.
? Ensure smooth end-to-end deployment pipelines on Azure, including security, scalability, and monitoring.
? Work with MCP (Model Context Protocol) for multi-model, multi-agent integrations.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine AI use cases and optimize performance.
? Use Git/GitHub for version control, branching, code reviews, and CI/CD integration
Knowledge and Skills Requirements
- Strong Python programming skills with proven project experience.
? Proficiency in FastAPI for building high-performance APIs.
? Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure Functions.
? Solid understanding of agentic AI concepts, multi-agent AI frameworks, and AI orchestration.
? Hands-on experience with LLMs and frameworks like LangChain.
? Working knowledge of MCP and AI system integrations.
? Experience with Azure deployment pipelines (CI/CD, containers, scaling).
