About Liability Sales

The Liability Sales division drives the bank?s liability acquisition, asset growth, and retail forex business through 2700+ branches across India. The team manages sourcing of:

  • Retail & corporate deposits
  • Salary & nonsalary accounts
  • Trust / institutional accounts
  • Retail forex business

The core objective is to expand the bank?s retail liability portfolio through strong corporate and customer relationships.


About the Role: BDM / AM ? Corporate Salary


The Business Development Manager / Assistant Manager (Corporate Salary) is responsible for acquiring new corporate salary relationships and deepening business with existing corporates.
This role involves driving employee-level product penetration, ensuring activation of salary accounts, managing BDE productivity (for BDM), and delivering a superior customer experience.

Both BDM and AM are core frontline roles contributing directly to the bank?s growth and market share.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pitch, and acquire new corporate salary account relationships.
  • Build strong engagement with HR/Admin/Finance teams of corporates.
  • Drive monthly acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Support, track, and enhance BDE productivity (BDM role focus).
  • Conduct employee desk activities and onsite engagements at corporate offices.
  • Ensure accurate logging of all activities in CRM.
  • Resolve customer queries to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Comply with KYC, SEBI and all regulatory guidelines.
  • Deepen existing corporate relationships to increase product penetration.
  • Enhance regional market share for Corporate Salary products.

Qualifications

  • Graduate with up to 2 years of experience for AM OR
  • Post graduate with minimum 2 years relevant experience for BDM.
