Job Description:
Rotational Shifts:
- 6 AM to 3 PM IST
- 1 PM to 10 PM IST
- 9.30 PM to 6.30 PM IST
2-4 years of experience in Production Operations, particularly in managing production environments
- Proficient in using ticketing tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, AOTS, etc.
- Effective soft skills & communication skills, including verbal, non-verbal, written
- Provide technical support to all stakeholders
- Should have a thorough understanding of general Tier 1 (T1) responsibilities.
- Assist end users, T2 team, and development team with basic troubleshooting for reported issues
- Experience with monitoring tools and platforms like Kibana and ADX
- Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Bash and Shell
- Good understanding of Linux, IBM TWS, SQL, Azure Cloud, Snowflake, and Databricks
- Capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and administrative support for day-to-day operations, including troubleshooting issues
- Resolve technical problems promptly to meet SLA requirements
- Monitor systems, manage incidents, and ensure efficient workflows
- Deliver 247 operational support for all production activities, including holidays and weekends
- Coordinate with various teams, raise support tickets, analyze root causes, and assist in efficient resolution of all production-related issues
- Maintain detailed logs of all issues and ensure resolutions align with quality assurance standards for production processes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the data warehouse production ecosystem
- Enhance quality through value-added initiatives, automation, and optimization
- Capable of initiating outage calls and engaging all relevant teams
