We are currently hiring for Associate Operations Specialist  - U1 to work with our internal teams here in Hyderabad.

Role:  Operations Specialist   U1 (Full Time/Permanent)

Designation as per Tech Mahindra: Associate Analyst - BPS/U1

Location: Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad

Experience: Fresher - 1 Year (In any International process (Voice or Non-Voice))

Work Mode: Work from office (5 days)

Shift: UK (12PM ? 9:30PM, Fixed week off?s on Sat & Sun) ? Two way transportation will be given within the radius of 30KMS from the above locations. 

Client: UK Based (Product Based/ 800 years old)

Payroll: Tech Mahindra

Required:

• Must have at least minimum 6 months of experience working in any international project and must be able to manage Stakeholders/Clients from US & UK on calls and emails.
• Must have exceptional communication skills (Both written & Verbal) and must be able to multitask.
• Attention to detail is mandatory.
• Good email drafting skills and should have hands-on experience with MS Excel.
• Need Graduation in any field.
