Role & Responsibilities

Solution Design

• Architect robust intelligent automation solutions combining RPA, OCR, AI/ML models, APIs, Webhooks, and workflow engines
• Ensure end-to-end process automation aligned with business requirements

Strategic Planning & Process Analysis

• Collaborate with business leaders to identify high-impact automation opportunities
• Assess feasibility and ROI for automation initiatives

Business Process Translation

• Translate complex business processes into scalable automation use cases
• Work closely with stakeholders for alignment

Technical Leadership

• Lead design and deployment of digital and AI-powered automation solutions
• Conduct automation design sessions and mentor development teams

Standards & Best Practices

• Establish technical standards and reusable automation components
• Ensure best practices in coding, exception handling, security, and deployment

Oversight & Quality Assurance

• Oversee technical delivery and review workflows before deployment
• Ensure consistency and quality across delivery teams

Collaboration

• Work with infrastructure, data, and application teams for seamless integration

Technology Evaluation

• Introduce emerging technologies like AI and ML to enhance automation capabilities

Risk & Governance

• Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, risk, and security frameworks

Technical & Analytical Skills

Must-Have

• 8?12 years in automation and integration projects
• 5+ years in enterprise RPA/BPA architecture; 2+ years in AI-powered automation (NLP, ML-based document processing)
• Strong knowledge of RPA platforms: Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, n8n
• Cloud automation services: Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps
• Proficiency in Python, automation frameworks (Robot Framework, Playwright)
• Experience with Azure cloud, server provisioning, and infrastructure concepts
• Database knowledge: SQL
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• API integration with enterprise systems (SharePoint, ServiceNow, SAP, Azure Storage)
• Strong understanding of system architecture principles (scalability, security, performance)
• Secure credential management and compliance with security standards
• Testing experience for performance and reliability
