• experience in AWS Cloud Technologies
• Proficient in Amazon Lex, Deep understanding of Lex features, capabilities, and limitations, AWS Ecosystem Knowledge
• Proficient in architecting and Developing AI BoT using AWS Gen AI platform (Bedrock , Sage Maker and all LLMs)
• Strong understanding of NLP and Gen AI concepts like intent classification, entity recognition, and sentiment analysis
• Proficient in Amazon Connect
• Experience in other AWS services like Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway, and CloudWatch
