Job Role: Customer Service Executive / Cross Sales Executive (Axis Banking Process)


Location: Dombivli, Thane
Shift Timing: Rotational Shifts between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Any 9-hour shift)
Week Off: 1 Rotational Weekly Off
Salary: 16,000 In-hand + Unlimited Incentives


Job Description:

We are hiring for the Customer Service and Cross Sales Process at Axis Bank. This role is ideal for candidates who are enthusiastic, customer-focused, and looking to build a career in the banking sector.


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass)
  • Freshers can apply
  • Ongoing students or candidates pursuing college are not eligible
  • Age criteria: 18 to 30 years

Travel Boundaries:

  • Candidates must reside between Thane to Badlapur
  • Candidates from Mumbra are not eligible

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and service requests via calls
  • Promote and cross-sell banking products and services
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality standards
  • Meet assigned targets and KPIs
