We are seeking Individuals to join our team! This role blends 90% back-office support with 10% calling to assist customers with service queries, process follow-ups, and ensure a smooth customer experience. If you have customer service experience and strong communication skills, we want to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities :


  • Handle customer service inquiries via calls, emails, chats.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and timely resolutions to customer questions
  • Manage back-office operations, including documentation, data entry, and follow-up tasks
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer experience
  • Assist in calling as required (approx. 10% of role)
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Adhere to company policies and quality standards

Who Should Apply


We are looking for candidates who:


  • Good with Communication Skills.
  • Are comfortable working in a back-office focused role with occasional calling
  • Possess strong communication skills (English/Hindi/Regional languages)
  • Are detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
  • Have a positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
  • Comfortable for US Rotational Shifts.
