This role blends 90% back-office support with 10% calling to assist customers with service queries, process follow-ups, and ensure a smooth customer experience. If you have customer service experience and strong communication skills, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle customer service inquiries via calls, emails, chats.
- Provide clear, accurate, and timely resolutions to customer questions
- Manage back-office operations, including documentation, data entry, and follow-up tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer experience
- Assist in calling as required (approx. 10% of role)
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Adhere to company policies and quality standards
Who Should Apply
