We at Dhasha Consulting are looking for driven and confident female professionals to join our US IT Staffing Bench Sales team and handle high-impact consultant marketing and placements.

Location: 3rd Floor, Vista Grand Tower, Raj Bhavan Rd, Somajiguda, Hyderabad -500082.

Shift: 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST (Nigh Shift, Work from Office Mandatory)
Interview Time: 7:30 PM - 10:30 PM IST (MonFri)
Salary: 30,000 - 50,000/month OR 3.5 - 6 LPA

Plus** - Excellent incentive structure based on closures and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Market IT consultants to Tier-1 vendors, MSPs, and direct clients.
• Submit profiles on W2, C2C & 1099 models.
• Negotiate rates and close contracts.
• Manage interview coordination and onboarding.
• Maintain consultant documentation & compliance.
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets.

Required Skills

• Preferred experience in US IT Bench Sales / Sales Recruiting.
• Strong understanding of US staffing models & IT technologies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of US work authorizations (H1B, OPT, GC, USC).
