Roles and Responsibilities:
Having substantial experience in grievance handling is crucial.
Additionally, candidates should be knowledgeable about setting up a POSH committee and its framework
- Act as a single point of contact for associates for HR related requirements and associate queries
- Implement various associate engagement initiatives within the IBU/Department.
- Ensure adequate communication with associates to ensure adherence to HR policies and processes
- Facilitating associate communication within the IBU and provides a platform to raise their concerns and opinions through regular Town Halls, HR Meetings, Skips and Coffee Meets with Leaders.
- Facilitating associate development, motivation, engagement and retention through employee development programs and various HR initiatives
- Improved associate Relations through associate counseling and mentoring
- Handle floor discipline and disciplinary requirements within the IBU
- Handle unit specific data and reporting requirements HR dashboard, Attrition reports, etc.
- Provide feedback to the management on all HR issues and on company policies
- Management of Employee Lifecycle
- Act as a facilitator in resolving associates grievances. Maintain tracker and analyze the data to plan actions to minimize the grievances.
- Support process audit by providing require artefacts

- Teamwork - able to work with different teams and develop strong effective working relationships within and cross functional teams
- Communication - able to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
- Level of Supervision - able to work proactively and on own initiative without detailed guidance and ability to think through problems logically
- Very Good on MS office power point, excel, etc
