Key Responsibilities:


Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:

Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, either remotely or in person.


User Support:

Providing technical assistance to users, answering questions, and guiding them through problem resolution.


System Maintenance and Monitoring:

Ensuring computer systems and networks are running efficiently and effectively.


Installation and Configuration:

Setting up new systems, installing software and hardware, and configuring user accounts.


Documentation and Record Keeping:

Maintaining records of issues, solutions, and system configurations.


Collaboration:

Working with other IT teams and external vendors to resolve complex issues.


Customer Service:

Providing excellent customer service, ensuring user satisfaction, and building positive relationships.
