Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Resolve customer queries and complaints with appropriate solutions
Requirements:
- Good communication skills , Hindi/Marathi & English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle pressure and work in rotational shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred
Shift Timings: 9.30 AM To 6.30 PM
