Role & responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed daily/monthly sales targets through effective sales planning and execution.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors and dealers to ensure strong channel performance.
  • Lead, guide, and coordinate the field sales team for optimum results.
  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide market feedback.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and support market expansion activities.

Preferred candidate profile:


  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in distributor/dealer handling and field sales.
  • Good communication and team leadership abilities.
