Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and tenders for new projects.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Project Management) to align client needs with company capabilities.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote Spacedrafts services and expand networks.
- Maintain a detailed record of business activities in CRM software and prepare weekly/monthly reports for senior management.
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager and Director to execute client acquisition strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Freshers to 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in construction or interior design industries.
- Strong communication,negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
