Job Summary:



As a Business Development Executive you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets within a specified geographic region. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, building, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, and effectively positioning our company s products and services in the market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.



Roles and Responsibilities:




  1. Promote Passive Networking Solutions: Assist in positioning 3C3 India Pvt. Ltd. as a leading brand in structured cabling and passive networking solutions.

  2. Client Relationship Management: Help build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.

  3. Sales Target Assistance: Support the sales team in meeting targets by generating leads and participating in sales discussions.

  4. Strategic Partnerships: Develop strategic relationships with potential customers, partners, and end customers to grow market share.

  5. Industry Engagement: Stay connected with industry trends and recognize opportunities for new projects and revenue streams.

  6. Solution Proposals: Work closely with the pre-design team to understand customer requirements and propose customized solutions.

  7. Networking: Establish relationships at all organizational levels to drive business growth.

  8. Revenue Opportunities: Create new revenue opportunities by selling structured cabling passive solutions to new and existing clients.

  9. Sales Reporting: Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions to support strategic decision-making.

  10. Communication and Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations and communicate effectively with stakeholders to secure business.
