Business Development Executive (Management Trainee Pathway)

About the Role:

We are looking for ambitious and energetic fresh graduates to join our Business Development & Management Training Program.

This is a field-based, entry-level position designed to develop your skills in sales, marketing, and client management, with a clear pathway into leadership and business management roles.

Youll start by gaining hands-on experience in face-to-face sales and customer acquisition, working with real clients and campaigns. As you progress, you?ll take on leadership responsibilities ? managing teams, overseeing sales operations, and eventually handling client accounts and budgets as part of our expansion program.

This is the ideal opportunity for graduates who want to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in business leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers directly through face-to-face marketing and sales presentations
  
• Promote client products, services, or campaigns with professionalism and integrity
  
• Manage assigned sales territories and achieve daily & weekly business targets
  
• Learn and apply key skills in communication, negotiation, and customer service
  
• Support recruitment, training, and motivation of new sales team members
  
• Develop leadership, reporting, and team management abilities through structured mentorship
  
• Progress into roles involving team leadership, client management, budgeting, and market expansion
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates from any discipline (BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, MBA preferred but not mandatory)
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented
  
• Comfortable working in a field-based, people-facing environment
  
• Strong leadership potential and willingness to learn from the ground up
  
• Fluent in English and Hindi (Kannada or Tamil is an advantage)
