Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and contact potential OEM customers in EV, industrial, drone and electronics sectors
  • Do outbound calling and email outreach to engineering and procurement teams
  • Visit factories, workshops and industrial areas for customer meetings and lead generation
  • Understand basic customer requirements and qualify business opportunities
  • Fix technical meetings between customers and RXN engineering team
  • Follow up on quotations, samples and pilot orders
  • Maintain lead and follow-up details in CRM / Excel
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documents, samples and dispatches
  • Support participation in exhibitions and customer visits when required


Preferred candidate profile

  • Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical or related fields
  • 02 years experience in industrial sales / business development (freshers can apply)
  • Comfortable with field visits, factory environments and meeting new customers
  • Willing to do cold calling and outbound follow-ups
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
  • Basic computer skills (email, Excel, internet search, WhatsApp)
  • Self-motivated, disciplined and willing to learn technical products
