Job Summary -
As a Business Development Executive , you will support our growth across existing and new customer segments specifically diagnostic centers, pathology & radiology units, and hospitals. You will drive opportunity generation and pipeline building through proactive engagement, product demos, and close coordination with marketing and senior leadership.
Role & responsibilities -
- Generate and qualify leads from existing and potential customers.
- Support presales activities, including research, outreach, and relationship building.
- Conduct product demos (virtual or on-site) to showcase eLabAssists features and benefits.
- Assist in developing new customer relationships and expanding accounts.
- Perform market research to identify ideal customer profiles and emerging trends.
- Participate in marketing events, webinars, trade shows, and conferences.
- Collect competitor & market feedback; report insights to senior management.
- Prepare proposals and quotations tailored to customer needs.
- Attend onsite client meetings with the Tech Manager as required.
- Own and execute the full-cycle of end-to-end sales process.
Preferred candidate profile -
- Excellent verbal and written communication in three languages (English, Hindi, Marathi).
- Hands-on exposure or familiarity with CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Canva is a plus.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
- Team player with a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Experience in the relevant industry is a plus.
