Job Summary -


As a Business Development Executive , you will support our growth across existing and new customer segments specifically diagnostic centers, pathology & radiology units, and hospitals. You will drive opportunity generation and pipeline building through proactive engagement, product demos, and close coordination with marketing and senior leadership.


Role & responsibilities -


  • Generate and qualify leads from existing and potential customers.
  • Support presales activities, including research, outreach, and relationship building.
  • Conduct product demos (virtual or on-site) to showcase eLabAssists features and benefits.
  • Assist in developing new customer relationships and expanding accounts.
  • Perform market research to identify ideal customer profiles and emerging trends.
  • Participate in marketing events, webinars, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Collect competitor & market feedback; report insights to senior management.
  • Prepare proposals and quotations tailored to customer needs.
  • Attend onsite client meetings with the Tech Manager as required.
  • Own and execute the full-cycle of end-to-end sales process.

Preferred candidate profile -


  • Excellent verbal and written communication in three languages (English, Hindi, Marathi).
  • Hands-on exposure or familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Canva is a plus.
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
  • Team player with a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Experience in the relevant industry is a plus.
