Employment Information

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective patients interested in infertility / IVF treatments
  • Handle incoming leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, referrals, or walk-ins
  • Explain IVF services, treatment options, process flow, and consultation steps
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with doctors and counselors
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, conversions, and daily call logs
  • Follow up with prospective patients and nurture leads until conversion
  • Handle patient queries with empathy, patience, and medical confidentiality
  • Work closely with the marketing and IVF counseling team for lead optimization
  • Meet monthly lead conversion & target goals
  • Provide daily and weekly MIS reporting to the reporting authority
