Role & responsibilities


  • Change Network/Agents: A team of influential employees (champions/super users) who support local adoption and provide feedback.
  • Stakeholders: Individuals or groups affected by the change, requiring analysis and tailored engagement.
  • End Users: Those who must adopt new behaviors, tools, or processes; responsible for active participation and feedback.
  • Change Requester: Initiates the change, completes request forms, identifies testers/implementers.
  • Change Coordinator/Board (CAB): Reviews, prioritizes, approves/rejects changes, manages conflict, and oversees the change portfolio.
  • Implementer/Tester: Executes technical or procedural aspects of the change
