The Voice Setup Architect will design and implement enterprise-grade voice communication systems for new office environments. This includes PBX, VoIP, SIP trunking, and integration with collaboration platforms, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Voice Architecture & Design
  • Develop High-Level Design (HLD) andLow-Level Design (LLD) for voice infrastructure.
  • Define call routing, dial plans, and numbering schemes.
  • Design SIP trunking and PSTN connectivity for local and global offices.
• Implementation & Deployment
  • Configure PBX systems, VoIP gateways, and session border controllers.
  • Integrate voice systems with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or other UC platforms.
  • Ensure QoS policies for voice traffic across LAN/WAN..
• Security & Compliance
  • Implement encryption for voice traffic and secure signaling protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with telecom regulations and organizational standards.
• Testing & Optimization
  • Conduct acceptance testing for call quality and failover scenarios.
  • Monitor and optimize voice performance post-deployment.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Expertise in VoIP technologies, SIP, RTP, and PBX systems.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco CUCM, Avaya, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of Unified Communications and collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with QoS, VLANs, and network fundamentals.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
