Client Coordinator

AR Caller (Accounts Receivable) Night Shift

Cab Facility: Not provided

Eligibility: Open to all Any graduate or non-graduate with strong English communication skills

Location:
9807 KL Towers First Floor, Ayyappakkam Main Road,
Next to KFC & Arya Bhavan, Ayyappakkam, Chennai 600077

Walk-in Interviews: Monday to Friday, from 9:30 PM onwards

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound patient calls regarding appointments, cancellations, and general queries
• Verify insurance details and assist with prior authorization processes
• Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality
• Provide clear instructions for medical procedures and confirm scheduled appointments
• Accurately document call details and update patient records in the billing system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and support claim processing

Shift Timings:

• Day Shift: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
• Night Shift: 9:30 PM onwards

(For Night Shift fixed Saturday Sunday Off!)

Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication in English with neutral accent (no mother tongue influence)
• Willingness to work night shifts consistently
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn billing software
• Prior experience in medical billing or voice process is a plus, but not mandatory
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude
