Veeva Configurators/Developers : ( Veeva CTMS, eTMF. RIM. QDOCS, QMS,Safety)

• 4 10 years in Veeva Vault configuration and administration.
• Exposure to modules like Veeva CTMS, eTMF, RIM, QMS. QDOCs
• Design, develop, and implement tailored solutions within the Veeva Vault platform to meet specific customer needs .
• Customize modules, workflows, and user interfaces based on trial and user requirements.
• Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
• Manage data migrations and integrations, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Implement lifecycles, workflows, security settings, document fields, permission sets, dynamic access controls, and layouts.
• Configure objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and dashboards.
• Manage inbound/outbound packages and perform configuration deployments across environments.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users.
• Develop comprehensive training materials and conduct training sessions for new users and ongoing refresher courses.
• Keep detailed documentation of system configurations and changes.
• Lead and participate in business and technical discussions, from conception through to implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Monitor project progress, adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines

Required Skills & Experience

• • Strong hands-on experience in Veeva Vault configuration (lifecycles, workflows, security profiles).
  • Knowledge of Vault APIs, Postman, and integration tools.
  • Familiarity with Vault Java SDK, VQL, and MDL for advanced customization.
  • Experience in Life Sciences processes (Quality events, CAPA, Deviations, Audits).
  • Veeva Vault Platform Certification Administrator Preferred
