Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor and Review Content: Ensure all user-generated content complies with platform guidelines and community standards.
- Identify and Flag Violations: Detect inappropriate, harmful, or policy-violating content and take necessary action.
- Maintain Quality and Accuracy: Deliver consistent and precise moderation decisions while adhering to company protocols.
- Handle Customer Interactions via Non-Voice Channels: Respond to queries through chat, email, or other text-based platforms.
- Document and Update Records: Maintain accurate logs of moderation actions and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Coordinate with relevant departments for issue resolution and process improvements.
- Meet Performance Metrics: Achieve targets related to turnaround time, accuracy, and productivity.
- Adapt to Dynamic Guidelines: Stay updated with evolving policies and ensure compliance at all times.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum Experience : Both freshers and experience are eligible for the role.
- Education: Any bachelor's degree.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.
