About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Creative Project Manager to serve as a key Client Services support for a global consumer healthcare client. You will act as the bridge between client teams, internal creative functions, and cross-functional stakeholdersensuring smooth project delivery, strong communication, and high-quality creative output.

This role requires a solid understanding of design and creative processes, exceptional client communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for global client teams, ensuring timely communication and high satisfaction.
  • Understand client objectives, brand guidelines, and project requirements to translate them into clear, actionable briefs.
  • Build strong relationships with client teams and internal stakeholders across creative, medical, strategy, and production groups.

Creative Project Management

  • Lead end-to-end project management across design, digital, content, and integrated creative deliverables.
  • Create project plans, design briefs, manage timelines, track revenue and ensure all project milestones are met.
  • Coordinate with design teams to ensure creative outputs meet brand standards and client expectations.
  • Perform quality checks on deliverables before sharing them with client teams.

Operational Excellence

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining clarity, control, and organization.
  • Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and status reports.
  • Identify risks early, resolve issues proactively, and ensure seamless delivery across time zones.
  • Support process optimization and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other project managers, design leads on task prioritisation

Design & Creative Understanding

  • Demonstrate a strong grasp of visual design, branding, and creative development workflows.
  • Review creative work for quality, consistency, and alignment with briefs.
  • Partner with designers, art directors, and content teams to support storytelling and creative effectiveness.

Cross-Cultural Collaboration

  • Work effectively with global teams across time zones.
  • Coordinate early or late meetings as required for international client interactions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 58 years of experience in creative project management, client servicing, or marketing operations, preferably within healthcare or consumer brands.
  • Strong understanding of design, branding, creative production, and digital content workflows.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to break down complex requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders and prioritize across multiple projects.
  • Experience using project management tools
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience supporting global clients is a plus.
