Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound voice calls from US healthcare customers professionally
- Provide accurate support on healthcare services, insurance, and patient queries
- Resolve customer concerns while meeting quality and compliance standards
- Update and maintain customer interaction records as per process guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers only
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Strong customer orientation with attention to detail
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to work in US shifts
