Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound voice calls from US healthcare customers professionally
• Provide accurate support on healthcare services, insurance, and patient queries
• Resolve customer concerns while meeting quality and compliance standards
• Update and maintain customer interaction records as per process guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers only
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Strong customer orientation with attention to detail
• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to work in US shifts

• Five-day work week
• Saturday & Sunday fixed off
