Role : Customer Service Specialist Non Voice (Email Support Process). Semi-Voice Process

Role & Responsibilities

  • Effectively resolve customer queries and complaints through email and calls at the first instance, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction scores and minimal handling time.
  • Deliver service with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Take complete ownership of customers queries and problems.
  • Adhere to product and process requirements with zero errors.
  • Escalate customer issues promptly to the appropriate internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure process efficiency and effectiveness at all times.
  • Comply with service and sales guidelines.
  • Achieve quality targets and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Connect with customers via calls and resolve queries wherever applicable.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Postgraduate freshers or graduates with 2 to 5 years of experience from a recognized institution.
  • Open to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts for male employees) and rotational week-offs.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong service mindset with enthusiasm and self-motivation.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Good comprehension skills and attention to detail.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
