Role & responsibilities
- Resolve international customer queries over chat.
- Minimum 6months of international dual chat exp.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer account through open and interactive communication.
Requirements and skills
- Prove customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- 35+WPM Typing speed with 90+accuracy.
- Familiarity with CRM system and practices.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Dual chat concurrency.
