Role & responsibilities

  • Resolve international customer queries over chat.
  • Minimum 6months of international dual chat exp.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer account through open and interactive communication.

Requirements and skills

  • Prove customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • 35+WPM Typing speed with 90+accuracy.
  • Familiarity with CRM system and practices.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Dual chat concurrency.
