Customer Care Executive - Fresher- Malayalam Languages

Roles & Responsibilities:

*Address and resolve customer queries effectively

*Assist customers in understanding banking services and solutions

Eligibility:

Education: Any Degree

No of Openings: 20

Languages Preferred: English & Malayalam

Strong communication and customer service skills

Positive attitude and willingness to help customers

Ability to assess customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions

Work Details

Working Days: 6 days (Sunday fixed off)

Shift Timing: 10 am to 7 pm

Salary: 18,000 Take-Home

Performance Incentives: 5k to 30k
