Job Description

CogentHubCX.AI is hiring Customer Care Executives (Agents) for a Domestic Telecom BPO process. The role involves handling customer calls, resolving service-related queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction as per process guidelines.


Shift & Working Details

  • Shift: Domestic Day / Rotational Shifts
  • Working Days: 6 Days Working
  • Week Off: 1 Rotational Week Off
  • Process Type: Domestic Telecom (Voice / Non-Voice as per requirement)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls for domestic telecom customers
  • Resolve queries related to billing, plans, services, complaints, activations
  • Maintain AHT, FCR, CSAT, and Quality parameters
  • Follow call flow, compliance, and process guidelines
  • Update customer details accurately in CRM systems
  • Handle customer objections and escalations professionally

Candidate Eligibility

Education:

  • 12th Pass / Graduate (Freshers can apply)

Experience:

  • 05 years in Domestic BPO / Call Center
  • Telecom experience preferred but not mandatory

Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills in Hindi & Basic English
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Willingness to work 6 days a week in rotational shifts
