Job Description
CogentHubCX.AI is hiring Customer Care Executives (Agents) for a Domestic Telecom BPO process. The role involves handling customer calls, resolving service-related queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction as per process guidelines.
Shift & Working Details
- Shift: Domestic Day / Rotational Shifts
- Working Days: 6 Days Working
- Week Off: 1 Rotational Week Off
- Process Type: Domestic Telecom (Voice / Non-Voice as per requirement)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls for domestic telecom customers
- Resolve queries related to billing, plans, services, complaints, activations
- Maintain AHT, FCR, CSAT, and Quality parameters
- Follow call flow, compliance, and process guidelines
- Update customer details accurately in CRM systems
- Handle customer objections and escalations professionally
Candidate Eligibility
Education:
- 12th Pass / Graduate (Freshers can apply)
Experience:
- 05 years in Domestic BPO / Call Center
- Telecom experience preferred but not mandatory
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills in Hindi & Basic English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to work 6 days a week in rotational shifts
