Resolve international customer queries over chat

interact with customers for resolving billing issues

identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction



Preferred candidate profile

should have at least 6 months international bpo experience in chat process

minimum 12th Pass

be comfortable with rotational and night shifts

good English communication skills
