Job Description:
We are hiring a Customer Operations & Support Executive to handle customer coordination, MIS reporting, documentation, and service payment follow-ups (AMC/O&M). The role involves coordination with customers, site teams, OEMs, and internal departments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer communication & coordination
  • AMC / O&M payment follow-ups
  • MIS reporting (daily & monthly)
  • Documentation & compliance support
  • Invoice & proforma invoice preparation
  • Maintain trackers and reports

Language:

  • Decent communication in English
  • Hindi Added advantage

Qualification:

  • Any Graduate (Freshers welcome)
