100% Voice | Inbound Calling (Customer Service)

Job Role & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls related to insurance policies and services
  • Address customer queries, requests, and concerns professionally
  • Provide accurate information and effective resolutions on calls
  • Ensure high-quality customer experience and satisfaction
  • Follow defined call quality standards and process guidelines
  • Maintain proper documentation and CRM updates
  • Achieve service-related KPIs like CSAT, FCR, and call quality

Salary Package

Freshers

  • 16,000 In-hand
  • CTC: 2.50 LPA

Experienced Candidates

  • Up to 30,000 In-hand
  • CTC: Up to 4.10 LPA

Salary will be based on total experience and last drawn CTC

Shift Timings (9.5 Hours ? Rotational Shifts)

Male Candidates

  • Shifts between 7:00 AM ? 12:30 AM
  • 24x7 rotational shifts (including night shifts)

Female Candidates

  • Shifts between 7:00 AM ? 8:30 PM
  • Any 9.5-hour rotational shift (No late-night shifts)

Working Days & Week Offs

  • 5 Days Working
  • 2 Rotational Week Offs

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Freshers & experienced candidates both can apply
  • Good communication skills (English + Hindi / regional language preferred)
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts
  • Customer service / BPO / insurance experience is a plus
