Job Role & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls related to insurance policies and services
- Address customer queries, requests, and concerns professionally
- Provide accurate information and effective resolutions on calls
- Ensure high-quality customer experience and satisfaction
- Follow defined call quality standards and process guidelines
- Maintain proper documentation and CRM updates
- Achieve service-related KPIs like CSAT, FCR, and call quality
Salary Package
Freshers
- 16,000 In-hand
- CTC: 2.50 LPA
Experienced Candidates
- Up to 30,000 In-hand
- CTC: Up to 4.10 LPA
Salary will be based on total experience and last drawn CTC
Shift Timings (9.5 Hours ? Rotational Shifts)
Male Candidates
- Shifts between 7:00 AM ? 12:30 AM
- 24x7 rotational shifts (including night shifts)
Female Candidates
- Shifts between 7:00 AM ? 8:30 PM
- Any 9.5-hour rotational shift (No late-night shifts)
Working Days & Week Offs
- 5 Days Working
- 2 Rotational Week Offs
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
- Freshers & experienced candidates both can apply
- Good communication skills (English + Hindi / regional language preferred)
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Customer service / BPO / insurance experience is a plus
