Designation: Customer Retention Manager (CRM)
Process: 100% Voice | outbound Calling
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Make outbound calls to existing customers
Renew insurance policies of existing customers
Explain policy benefits, renewal offers, and coverage details
Convince customers and close renewals effectively
Achieve renewal and retention targets
Update customer details and renewal status accurately
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Good communication skills in Hindi & English
Strong sales mindset & thought process
Experience in outbound sales preferred
Knowledge of insurance or sales is an added advantage
Graduation is mandatory
Experience: 02 Years (Freshers can apply)
Shift Timings & Week Offs:
Rotational Shifts: 9:00AM 6:30PM & 10:00am to 7:30pm (Any 9.5 Hrs. shift)
5 Days Working
2 Rotational Week-Offs
