Criteria: Undergraduate with 6 months international BPO experience or Graduate fresher with excellent communication skills in English.

Salary: Up to 5 LPA (Basis last drawn)

Mode: WFO

Type: Blended (Voice, chat & Email)

Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities: Resolve customer queries related to network, data & billing over call, emails & chat.
