Job Description

IDBI Intech Ltd. is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Customer Service Associate at our CBD Belapur location. We are looking for candidates who have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering a great customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries effectively through phone.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
  • Maintain customer interaction records and follow operational processes.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to escalate unresolved issues.
  • Inbound / Outbound process.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Any Graduate
  • Age Criteria: 18 years & above
  • Communication Skills: Good command over Basic English communication(mandatory)
  • Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay calm, and handle customer queries efficiently.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a positive attitude.
