Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers
- Resolve customer queries related to products/services effectively
- Provide accurate information with excellent customer handling skills
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service
- Follow company policies, scripts, and compliance standards
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 6 months experience in international voice process (preferred)
- Graduates & Undergraduates can apply
- Graduate freshers are welcome
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Comfortable with rotational shifts
- Immediate joiners only
