Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers
  • Resolve customer queries related to products/services effectively
  • Provide accurate information with excellent customer handling skills
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service
  • Follow company policies, scripts, and compliance standards
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in international voice process (preferred)
  • Graduates & Undergraduates can apply
  • Graduate freshers are welcome
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Comfortable with rotational shifts
  • Immediate joiners only
