Responsibilities - Addressing Customer queries and concerns on call

100% voice process and Inbound calling.

Qualification - Any Graduate

Salary -

Fresher - 17000 in-hand

Experience - up to 27000 in-hand

Shift timings

1) Male - Morning 7 to night 12:30 (in between any 9.5 hrs of shift)

2) Female - Morning 7 to night 8.30 (in between any 9.5 hours of shift)

Week offs -

5 days working and 2 days rotational week offs.
