Role & responsibilities

1.Respond to International customer service inquiries via chat.

2.Resolve customer complaint and issues by Identifying solutions and following up as needed.

3.Maintain accurate records of Customer Interactions.


 

Preferred candidate profile

International BPO Experience is mandatory

Excellent English speaking skills.
