2.Listen attentively to customer complaints.

3.Guide customers how to use the product or services.

4.Provide customers with a positive experience.

5.Handling Inbound calls of the International customers.

6.Providing satisfactory resolution.

7.Team work



Preferred candidate profile

Bpo experience is required

Flexible with night shifts.
