Required Experience/Skills:

  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • Minimum 1 year of US voice customer service experience required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
  • Professionalism, positivity, and a supportive attitude while being eager to learn new skills and processes
  • Comfortable working in 24*7 environment.
