Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls to resolve their queries and concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service by listening actively, empathizing with customers' issues, and offering solutions promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed support.
Required Experience/Skills:
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- Minimum 1 year of US voice customer service experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
- Professionalism, positivity, and a supportive attitude while being eager to learn new skills and processes
- Comfortable working in 24*7 environment.
