Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide top-notch customer support via phone call.

- Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution



Eligibility Criteria:

- HSC with 3 years of calling experience.

- Graduate with 1 year of calling experience having excellent communication skills.

- Fluent English is Mandatory
