  • MonFri: 5:30 PM 2:30 AM IST
  • Saturday: 6:30 PM 7:30 AM IST
  • Sunday: 9:30 PM 7:30 AM IST

Weekly Off: 2 Rotational Weekdays


Role Overview

CDK Global is hiring Customer Service Representatives to deliver exceptional customer support while representing dealership partners professionally. This role requires excellent communication skills, customer focus, and comfort with night shifts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer interactions via calls/chats professionally
  • Follow scripts, compliance, and quality guidelines
  • Maintain accurate documentation and system updates
  • Meet productivity and quality KPIs

Eligibility

  • Any Degree Graduates: BBA / B.Com / BCA / B.Sc / equivalent only
  • B.Tech / BE candidates are NOT eligible
  • 1 - 3 years of customer service/voice experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills (mandatory)
  • Willingness to work night shifts & rotational offs
