Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)

Location: Marathahalli, Bangalore


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduation mandatory
  • Excellent communication
  • Experience: 0-1 year in any BPO domain (Freshers welcome)
  • Languages: Fluent in English & Hindi (Mandatory)
  • Looking for Immediate joiners.

Salary:

  • 19,000 Take Home / 23,000 CTC (Freshers)
  • 22,000 Take Home / 26,000 CTC (1+ year experience in Customer Support)

Work Schedule:

  • 6 days working, 1 rotational week-off
  • Shift window: 8:00 AM 9:00 PM (Any 9-hour shift)

Assessment Requirements:

  • Versant: 4 & above
  • Typing Speed: 30 WPM / 90% accuracy
  • SVAR Score: 54
