Role & responsibilities

  • Handle international customer Calls to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Resolve customer queries related to products/services in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and goals.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO Voice process. (CANDIDATE WITH VOICE PROCESS EXPERIENCE PREFERRED).
  • Excellent English language proficiency (spoken).
  • Effective Call handling Skills.
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts.
