Role & responsibilities
- Handle international customer Calls to provide exceptional customer service.
- Resolve customer queries related to products/services in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and goals.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO Voice process. (CANDIDATE WITH VOICE PROCESS EXPERIENCE PREFERRED).
- Excellent English language proficiency (spoken).
- Effective Call handling Skills.
- Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts.
