Exciting Opportunity for Customer Service Associates and Sr. Customer Support Associates - Voice Role

Join a dynamic team requiring Excellent English Communication Skills and Immediate Joiners.

**Purpose of the Role:**
- Provide Voice support customer services for residential, business, contractors, and customers.
- Interact with international customers and various departments for effective problem resolution.
- Demonstrate proficiency in key customer service concepts like empathy, sympathy, First Call resolution, and C-SAT.
- Possess a good understanding of Basic computer, Internet, and Telecommunication.

**Qualifications:**
- Graduates/Undergraduates with at least 06 Months of experience in an international Voice Process, showcasing a history of delivering exceptional customer service.

**Key Skills and Traits:**
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address escalated issues.
- Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Display empathy and patience in handling customer inquiries and complaints.

**Shifts:** 24*7 shifts in US Timezone
**Transportation:** Both sides cab facility
**Location:** Noida NSEZ
**Salary:** Up to 4.80LPA
