Job Title: International Customer Support (Voice & Chat)
Location: Noida, Sector 81
Work Mode: Work From Office
Shift: Night Shift (Two-way cab available)
Working Days: 5 days working with rotational weekly offs
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months experience in International Process (Voice and Chat both)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support through email, chat, and phone calls.
• Handle international customers' queries and concerns professionally.
• Resolve issues promptly and efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and targets.
