Tech Mahindra is currently hiring for the role of International Process (Chat/Technical Support/ Voice).

Job Details:-


Job Role: International Customer Support Executive. You will be assisting our global clients by managing inquiries and providing world-class support through voice calls, and resolving issues efficiently via chat (non-voice) channels.

- Location: Noida


- Salary: Up to 4.90 LPA


- Work Schedule: 5 Days Working; must be flexible to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
- Facilities: Both-side cab facility is available.

Eligibility Criteria:-
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience required in International Customer Service.
- Education: 12th Pass and Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills (English) are mandatory.
