Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for International Chat & Non-Voice Processes. The role involves handling customer queries through chat and providing timely and accurate resolutions while maintaining high service quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle international customer interactions via chat/non-voice platforms
Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality
Adhere to company policies and process guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 6 months of international chat/non-voice experience
Good written communication skills in English
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
